Although our Barks and Chips are manufactured differently than our enrobed chocolates, they are every bit as tasty. For this process we take melted chocolate and add fresh ingredients at defined temperatures. Mixing the two components together, the chocolate becomes "tempered" - a process that helps give the finished product its shine and snap. Our master candy makers mix the concoction until just the right consistency then pour it onto one of our marble cooled slabs. Once cooled, we hand cut the slab into portions and package accordingly.
