The Pecan Patty is created on a bed of freshly roasted pecans which is then blanketed in a rich hand-cooked caramel, and finally layered with rich chocolate. Our Pecan Patty is a showy candy which delivers the flawless flavor and texture of nuts, caramel, and fine chocolate.

For over 30 years, "Joan" has been a part of packing every piece of chocolate that is coated on our enrober. On a busy day, we coat over 25,000 pieces of chocolate.
