Dark Crackers
In 1801 a Massachusetts baker, Josiah Bent, burnt a batch of biscuits in his brick oven and the crackling noise that emanated from the singed biscuits inspired the name-crackers. From these humble beginnings come our dark crackers with their flaky buttery layers of crunchy cracker within a thick chocolate veneer.
