This one pound assortment includes the finest nuts from all over the world. These choice nuts are roasted on the premises and enrobed with our dark chocolate. This selection includes California almonds, jumbo cashews, filberts, English walnuts, and brazils. (three layers, approximately 65 pieces per pound)

For over 30 years, "Joan" has been a part of packing every piece of chocolate that is coated on our enrober. On a busy day, we coat over 25,000 pieces of chocolate.
