Ground almonds are combined with white chocolate and cut into bite size chips - packaged in a 7.5 oz container

We use marble slabs to gently cool many of our products like caramels, nougats, roasted nuts and our barks and chips. Each of the 4 slabs we have in our kitchen is 10 feet long and weighs over 650 lbs.
