Once our succulent caramel has been cooked to perfection, it is then lovingly layered upon crunchy salted pretzels before being enrobed in our silken chocolate. . These wonderful patties combine the clean earthy flavors of fine cocoa beans with the buttery sweetness of great caramel and the salty crunch of pretzels---a perfect combination.

Our pretzel patties are relatively new to Josh Early Candies diverse history of candy making. They were developed by current owner, Barry Dobil in 1998.
