Once our succulent caramel has been cooked to perfection, it is then lovingly layered upon crunchy salted pretzels before being enrobed in our silken chocolate. These wonderful patties combine the clean earthy flavors of fine cocoa beans with the buttery sweetness of great caramel and the salty crunch of pretzels---a perfect combination.
Our pretzel patties are relatively new to Josh Early Candies diverse history of candy making. They were developed by current owner, Barry Dobil, in 1998.
