It takes a trained cook to make the center of our Almond Butter Crunch. Rather than cook to a final temperature, our Almond Butter Crunch is cooked by sight. Diced almonds are continuously stirred and browned until just the right consistency: undercook and you lose flavor, overcook and you can burn the entire batch.
